  • Book appointments directly with registered stylists.
  • Access hairstyle inspiration and educational content.

We do not provide hairstyling services directly. Stylists listed on our platform operate as independent professionals.

3. User Responsibilities

Customers

  • Ensure all information provided for bookings is accurate.
  • Arrive on time for appointments.
  • Comply with stylist cancellation or rescheduling policies.
  • Make payments through approved channels.

Stylists

  • Must provide accurate information about their services, pricing, and availability.
  • Are responsible for maintaining professional standards and hygiene.
  • Must comply with all legal and licensing requirements in Scotland and the UK.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Customers agree to pay the full price quoted at the time of booking.
  • Some payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We are not responsible for their processing errors.
  • Any disputes over payment or service must be resolved directly between the stylist and customer, though BraidsInScotland may mediate at its discretion.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Each stylist sets their own cancellation and refund policy, which should be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Customers must review and accept these policies before confirming a booking.
  • BraidsInScotland does not process refunds on behalf of stylists unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
